教師承擔(dān)著傳播知識(shí)、傳播思想、傳播真理的歷史使命，肩負(fù)著塑造靈魂、塑造生命、塑造人的時(shí)代重任，是教育發(fā)展的第一資源，是國(guó)家富強(qiáng)、民族振興、人民幸福的重要基石。

今天，也是我校新學(xué)期開(kāi)學(xué)第一天，校園里迎來(lái)了千禧一代的新生力量，語(yǔ)言黨支部特建立“師者說(shuō)”櫥窗專(zhuān)欄，邀請(qǐng)語(yǔ)言學(xué)部獲得2018年度校級(jí)師德先鋒獲得者、2016-2018年校級(jí)先進(jìn)黨務(wù)工作者、2018年優(yōu)秀黨員、2018年優(yōu)秀專(zhuān)業(yè)導(dǎo)師共同發(fā)表“師者說(shuō)”，老師們使用中外文雙語(yǔ)表達(dá)了他們對(duì)教師崗位的敬意、對(duì)學(xué)生的關(guān)愛(ài)。

Le professeur, c’est celui qui fait la transmission ou l’acquisition de connaissances et d’aptitudes touchant les domaines morales, intellectuels, culturels et spirituels. Comme nouveau professeur, selon moi, pour être un bon professeur, un enseignant doit parvenir à constamment créer un équilibre entre 4 qualités essentielles: la ma?trise de sa (ses) matière(s), des compétences didactiques et pédagogiques, la capacité de construire une relation avec les élèves et leurs familles et enfin avoir confiance dans le potentiel des élèves à progresser.

Vor der Tafel stehen wir nicht nur den Studenten gegenüber, sondern auch den Familien hinter ihnen, der Entwicklung unserer Gesellschaft, der Zukunft unseres Landes.
